Activities pertaining to the events span over months before the scheduled date of event and continue after the event closure. The lack of an automated system often results in redundant manual work.

EximSoft-Trianz has developed a web based "Trade Fair Management System", which automates the entire chain of processes involved in conducting and managing trade fairs. Right from registration to billing, the system enables every activity to be conducted over the web. The participants can book their stalls, choose facilities that they would need in their stalls, book conference rooms, etc.

The system stores every information on the various facilities such as Internet, electricity, AC, telephone, etc used by the participants. This makes bill computing and payment settlement at the end of the show easy and simple.

Developed for a Japanese customer, the uniqueness of the solution was that it was developed completely in Japanese.
