EximSoft-Trianz has a well-documented Quality Management System, which is ISO 9001:2000 certified by KPMG and addresses the key practices for CMM Level 4.

We have independent groups for Software Quality assurance and Process Engineering. All deliverables from the development group are reviewed and tested by the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) team before being released to the customer.

All projects are tracked on a weekly basis at the team level and reviewed at least once a month by the senior management group where all issues raised are tracked to closure.

The development group is trained on software engineering practices through induction programs. Our Quality Management System allows for tailoring of the processes based on the specific customer requirement.
