EximSoft-Trianz is led by a team of professionals with new-world business acumen and technical sophistication, garnered over years of having worked for large, successful companies. The company's management professionals bring with them a strong blend of business management, marketing and sales experience. Balakrishna Rao Director Balakrishna Rao (Balki) manages the delivery organization at EximSoft-Trianz. Balki has 20 years of experience in the software industry in the areas of Smartcard and Payment Applications, PC based applications, Embedded solutions, Project Management and Quality System implementation. Before joining EximSoft, Balki worked for VeriFone's India Development Center for 8 years as Director of Development, where he managed teams working on delivery of smartcard and payment solutions. Balki started his career with Wipro Systems Limited working for 6 years on PC based applications and embedded solutions. He holds Bachelors and Master degree in Electronics and Communication from Indian Institue of Science, Bangalore.
Sundarrajan Ranganathan Director Mr. Ranganathan is the Director of Technology and Operations at Trianz India. He manages the technical operations overseas and is responsible for service delivery to clients and Trianz. He also manages the deployment of a Quality Assurance organization with an aim to make Trianz a successful and competitive provider of offshore services. Mr. Ranganathan was the Engineering Manager at Sun Microsystems, India, for the Netscape I-Planet products acquired by Sun. Prior to Sun, he was with GE Medical Systems where he held multiple global project/program management responsibilities. Previous to GE, he was with Tata Consultancy Services. Mr. Ranganathan holds a bachelor\'s degree in Electronics engineering and an MBA from SIMS, Pune.
Vandana Malaiya Director Quality Vandana holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani. Vandana started her career in the IT industry in 1984. She has worked with companies like DCM Data Systems, Texas Instruments, Solomon Accounting Software and VeriFone before co-founding EximSoft in 1997. She has been working in the area of Quality and Process improvement since 1984. Vandana manages the Quality and Marketing organizations at EximSoft-Trianz.
Zulfikar Deen Chief Information Officer Zulfikar is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Trianz, where he is responsible for Knowledge, Information and Infrastructure management. Prior to the EximSoft-Trianz merger, he held the position of CTO at EximSoft and he has more than 13 years of technology and consulting experience with Oracle, AT&T & VeriFone. During his stint with Oracle corporation, Zulfi consulted to global corporations such as Imation(3M), Unisys, Ascend (Lucent) in their ERP and other systems implementations. Zulfi holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Masters degree in Computer Applications from REC, Trichy, India.
